Hey, everyone! How are you all doing? I hope everyone is doing great! I just thought I’d post a blog about how things are going. Things are going okay. The past couple of days were kind of blah for me. A lot has happened, which I don’t want to bore you all with. I know I share a lot of my life online throught my videos and my blog, but sometimes certain things you want to keep for yourself, right? Maybe someday I will fill you up on the happenings.
But, what I wanted to blog about is that I have been juicin’ it up the past week! Making healthy and delicious smoothies! I got an awesome blender from my mom that she actually won! She gave it to me because I told my mom that I sometimes like to make my frappuccino’s and stuff. Last week I started trying out making smoothies and it’s been something I have been enjoying every day now! I get my recipes online. There are tons of different smoothie recipes and I will show off the one I have been making every day!
I don’t do measurements, really. I basically just follow my gut instinct and add whatever amount of stuff in my smoothie!
- Spinach / Like a hand full
- Frozen strawberries and raspberries
- Greek yogurt / Two scoops
- Almond milk / Like a full cup
- Honey / One or two spoons full
- Muesli / Like one cup
And that is all! I will try to experiment with other ingredients soon, but this is my smoothie routine at the moment. When it’s all blended it kinda looks like green poo, but you gotta get over that disgusting texture and just chug it down, LOL!
