Triggers from pressure and stress

Goodmorning, friends! It’s almost 9am and guess who has been up the whole night again. Yes! Me! How is everyone doing today? I hope everyone is doing great. I have been awake the whole night, working on some stuff on my blog and my social networking sites. Making some minor design changes here and there, to make it all equal with my wonderful blog. Very time consuming, but a lot of fun for me.

So, I decided to post a little bloggie and share my randomness with the Internet, and give you all a little update on how my week has been going so far. Are you excited?

Not a whole lot has happened, tho. Last Tuesday I visited a family friend of my parents whose birthday it was. Went there for some coffee and some delicious Soto Soup. Tonight, however, it will be her birthday celebration and we’re invited to go out for an eating fest at a wok restaurant. I already decided that today will be my cheat day. Expect a seperate blog post about that tomorrow.

Later in the afternoon I went to my parents’ place and we watched Paranormal Activity 4. I wanted to watch it all along, but I’d rather watch it with other people and not alone. LOL. You know what I don’t get? I have read a lot of negative comments about PA4, that it sucks big time, but what do people expect? It’s like people expect monsters, blood and gore. It’s a so called “found footage” movie, even tho it’s all fake. But let me tell you, for me personally, the idea of a ghost movie like that, the way it’s set up, is frightening enough for me. I mean, you know those documentaries like Haunted or The Haunting, I don’t know what it’s called, it’s basically the same. You see shots and you’re trying to notice some sort of entity and seeing things move by itself. It’s like people don’t understand that. People have too much expectations about the movie. Some people even say it will suck and yet they go see it anyway. I just don’t understand it. Okay, so PA4 wasn’t really that scary at all, compared to part 3. That was for me was horrific. I was pleased that I wasn’t having any nightmares.

On Wednesday my therapist came over for a little session. It is very convenient and nice to have a therapy session in the comforts of your own home. Also nice not to go out in the cold! LOL. Therapy was good. I explained to my therapist that since recently I kinda started having this tickling feeling about working again, which he tought was a good sign of recovery. I already have this feeling of willingness and positivity going through me. But he also told me to go easy on it too, because there are still minor things, for example pressure and stress, that can trigger my mood, which could cause a minor psychosis. I mean, pressure is good, but with moderation. Also, something I forgot to share in my vlogs is that last week I had a teeny tiny little hallucination of seeing something that wasn’t there, for a couple of seconds. He asked me if that happens on a regular basis, but I explained to him that was the first time in almost a whole year. I was dealing with stuff regarding my debt and I was pretty stressed out, clueless and anxious about things when that happened. He told me to give him a call if something like that happens again. But other than that, he notice that I am doing very well. I seemed well rested (which I don’t understand, because of my sleeping pattern) and he noticed my body language, being pretty upbeat and presentable, in a way. He has good hopes for me, which is a nice feedback to receive. He says that, compared to a year ago, I am doing well! And I feel good too. Sometimes I still have my moments, but I am getting there. I am keeping my head up, and focus on good things!

The whole deal regarding my debt, and the help I got offered from the government, is all in order now too. That has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders!

It was a quiet week as well, in the cam whore department. But here it is, one cam whore moment! LOL.

I hope everyone is having a great week. Wish you all an awesome weekend. I will post a blog again tomorrow with pictures of tonight, so expect a lot of food porn pictures.
